I was completely underwhelmed during my stay. The shower definitely needs a deep clean, and the kitchenette area needs better organization! ! Honestly, I expect a little red-carpet treatment, but I guess that’s too much to ask. I almost would have considered a good review, but it just couldn’t happen with all these issues lingering in my mind!

Staying at The Soul Antwerp Hotel offered a whirlwind of lively surroundings filled with vibrant bars and delicious eateries. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, creating a lovely atmosphere during our visit. The room was well-decorated, providing a cozy sanctuary after a day of exploring.

We faced some hiccups with our stay. The steep and narrow stairs to our room were cumbersome with our luggage, and the lack of adequate heating in the bathroom made those chilly mornings a bit uncomfortable. A fresh bath rug would have been appreciated too.

Kitchenette area needs better organization!!! Fridge malfunctioned, utensils not replenished, and some bulbs out. A fresh coat of paint is overdue, particularly in the shower area. Heating could use a serious upgrade!!!

I really enjoyed my stay! The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the city center, and the room was not only comfy but also very clean and nicely decorated. I appreciated the lovely breakfast and coffee at the café downstairs, adding to my overall experience. it would have been nice if there was a bath rug in the bathroom.
